This appeal involves a dispute over a 1985 assessment of additional franchise taxes, license fees and penalties against plaintiff, Kraft, Inc., for the year 1980. Plaintiff asserts that it mistakenly inserted incorrect monetary figures in its 1980 "Application for Certificate of Authority of Foreign Corporation" to transact business in Illinois...
