The defendants1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the plaintiff's appeal from a decision of the named defendant, the zoning board of appeals of the city of New London (board). The trial court's judgment reversed only that part of the board's decision sustaining the zoning enforcement officer's denial of the plaintiff's application for site plan approval to use a portion of its property for a parking facility...
