Stanley Barnwell was convicted of trafficking in cocaine and he appeals.

The evidence adduced at trial showed that while traveling north on I-95, appellant was stopped by Georgia State Patrol trooper Larry Bennett, who had observed the vehicle appellant was driving weaving on and off the road onto the shoulder.
