Petitioner The JNC Companies (JNC) seeks special action relief from the trial court's order declaring that JNC was represented by counsel selected by JNC's trustee in bankruptcy (Trustee) rather than counsel chosen by JNC's board of directors (board). Because JNC has no equally plain, speedy and adequate remedy by appeal and because we conclude that the trial court abused its discretion...
