Plaintiff-appellant, state of Ohio, appeals an order of the trial court granting defendant-appellee ("defendant") Dale N. Johnston's motion to suppress certain statements and evidence obtained from defendant as the result of an interrogation conducted by police officials.
Defendant was indicted on September 29, 1983 on two counts of aggravated murder.
