Debtor has filed for relief under 11 U.S.C. § 1301, et seq., and the Chapter 13 Trustee has raised the ghost of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(4). Most simply it is the Trustee's position that debtor's pension' fund should be part of debtor's estate.
