This appeal arises from the trial court's decision granting summary judgment for defendants-appellees James A. Mayfield et al. The trial court found that the work-related injury sustained by appellant Carroll S. Lynch was not localized in Ohio and therefore appellees were without jurisdiction to award workers' compensation benefits to her.
