Samuel Dunn appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicants in violation of sec. 346.63(1), Stats. (second offense-criminal). Dunn entered a no contest plea following the circuit court's denial of his motion to dismiss based upon an illegal arrest, search and seizure.
