Harlan D. Douglass challenges the constitutionality of the City of Spokane's nuisance ordinance, Spokane Municipal Code (SMC) § 10.08.030. In a pretrial motion, Douglass moved to dismiss charges that he violated the ordinance on the theory that SMC § 10.08.030 is unconstitutionally vague.
