The State appeals from the grant of Patrick's motion to suppress evidence seized from the area where he was arrested.

The record shows that at 10:30 p. m. police officers went to a specific location in a housing project in response to a complaint of drug trafficking presently occurring at that location, and found Patrick congregating with a "bunch of guys." Patrick and the others bolted when they noticed the presence of the police officers...
