Plaintiff/appellant Thomas Sheppard appeals a summary judgment in favor of defendant/respondent Morgan Keegan & Company in appellant's action for breach of contract, fraud and wrongful termination. He contends triable issues of fact exist concerning the duration and nature of his employment contract and whether good cause existed for terminating his employment.
