The defendant, Christopher Anderson, was charged with murder following the shooting death of Vicki Scarabello. Anderson filed motions to quash his arrest and to suppress evidence which the trial court granted. Thereafter, the State brought an interlocutory appeal to contest the trial court rulings, and this court reversed and remanded for further proceedings...
