The Bankruptcy Court denied the discharges under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) & (a)(4) finding that the debtors knowingly and fraudulently made false oaths and that the debtors transferred and concealed assets with specific intent to hinder, delay and defraud appellee...
