The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4), and burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (1). He was acquitted of a charge of unlawful restraint in the first degree under General Statutes § 53a-95 (a).
