This appeal was taken from the order of the juvenile court adjudicating the minors dependent and placing them in the custody of the Department of Economic Security (DES). On appeal, the parents contend that they were denied due process by the absence of any cross-examination of the children. As part of this argument, they contend that counsel was ineffective in either failing to object to or acquiescing in interviews of the children...
