The defendant appeals from the judgment rendered following the court's granting of the plaintiff's motion to strike her counterclaim. The sole issue presented in this appeal is whether the facts as alleged, including a claimed violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, give rise to a claim of violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq.
