Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants. We affirm.

Plaintiff was injured in 1981 while employed by the Michigan Department of Corrections (hereinafter defendant) and sought workers' compensation benefits. In 1982, a hearing officer found plaintiff to be partially disabled, but found insufficient proofs to make a finding as to plaintiff's dependents. Both parties appealed. On January 8, 1988...
