This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court terminating the parental rights of the respondent father. The respondent first claims that the Probate Court transferred the action to the Superior Court without affording him notice and an opportunity to be heard in the Probate Court on the motion to transfer, thus divesting the Superior Court of subject matter jurisdiction.
