OPINION

SONENSHINE

After a jury trial, George Leon Sarkis was convicted of arson (Pen. Code, § 451, subd. (c)) and insurance fraud (Ins. Code, § 556, subd. (a)). He contends he was prejudiced by instructional error. We affirm.
