This admiralty appeal involves two seamen, plaintiffs-appellants Thorsteinsson and Havardsson, who brought suit in rem asserting various maritime liens against their vessel, the M/V Drangur ("Drangur"), after it had been bought by Utvegsbanki Islands HF ("Bank") at a judicial sale in Iceland.
