The plaintiff (hereinafter "Dr. Romero") initiated this adversary proceeding against the debtor, wherein he seeks to have his claim of $4,715 for services rendered the debtor's mother, Mary Missirlian, to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) and 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
