This case comes to us for review of the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants in an asbestos products liability action. We reverse.1

Lindell Dillon worked as a welder at an oil refinery outside Duncan, Oklahoma from 1955 to 1976. As such, he performed continuing repair and maintenance in virtually every building and structure of the 160-acre refinery facility. Among other tasks, he removed insulation material...
