Before the Court is a complaint of the debtor, Reginald D. Rogers (hereinafter "Plaintiff") requesting determination of dischargeability of debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. For the reasons provided herein, we find the debts subject to the complaint are nondischargeable.
