This appeal arises after the defendant's conditional plea of nolo contendere to a charge of manslaughter in the second degree with a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 53a-56b. She argues that this manslaughter prosecution (1) violated an earlier plea agreement involving a lesser charge arising out the same incident, and (2) violated the constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy...
