Texaco Refining and Marketing Inc., (TRMI) appeals an adverse judgment entered for violation of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (PMPA) and for state breach of contract claims. TRMI contends the jury verdict is not supported by the evidence, and the trial court erred in denying its motions for directed verdict, judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and for a new trial.
