PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals as of right from an order for summary disposition entered on August 12, 1986, by the Genesee County Probate Court. We affirm.

The facts of this case are not in dispute: On August 11, 1983, Brian Hales, who was nineteen years old, was struck by an uninsured motor vehicle while riding a bicycle.
