Joseph Neal Roberts pled guilty to an information alleging one count of assault with intent to commit a felony within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 113(b) (1988). He was sentenced to forty-one months in prison followed by two years of supervised release.
