The issue is whether rents constitute cash collateral where the mortgage holder recorded an assignment of rents in 1986, the legislature of Tennessee declared registration to be a method of perfecting security interests in rents in 1989, and this Chapter 11 was filed in 1990. The rents are cash collateral.
