Daniel Gene Stevens appeals from his conviction of conspiracy to distribute and possess marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and from concurrent sentences of 72 months imprisonment for the conspiracy conviction and 12 months imprisonment for possession of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844. We affirm.
