Plaintiff brought this action to challenge the revocation of his Customshouse Broker's License by the Secretary of the Treasury. The revocation arose from the same facts as gave rise to the case of Allen Robbins and Robbins, Inc. v. James A. Baker, Et Al., Court No. 85-10-01442.
