Plaintiff Harriet Holmberg brings this suit to remedy the age discrimination she claims was a determinative factor in her discharge from defendant Baxter Healthcare Corporation's ("Baxter") facility located in the Chicago area. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Baxter, and Holmberg now appeals.
