Plaintiffs, the Georgia Association of Realtors, Inc., Calhoun, Sikes, Flournoy and Bell, filed a complaint and motion for preliminary and permanent injunction on April 4, 1990, requesting that the Court enjoin defendants the Alabama Real Estate Commission and the individual commissioners, from enforcing certain statutes and regulations on the basis that these provisions violate the Privileges and Immunities Clause...
