Dudley P. Hardy was indicted on February 11, 1988 in the Middle District of Florida. Count I charged him with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 846.1 Count II charged him with distribution of cocaine to James Ronald Kelley in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1).2 The jury found Hardy guilty of Count I but...
