This is an appeal by Leo F. Dermota from the denial by the district court of his motion, made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence on the ground that it subjects him to multiple punishments for the same offense in violation of the double jeopardy clause.
