Plaintiff First National Bank in Alamosa's ("the Bank's") lawsuit against Ford Motor Credit Company ("Ford") is based on Ford's refusal to honor nine sight drafts presented to Ford, as acceptor or drawee, and directing it to pay a total of $93,144.86.
