This is an appeal from the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Cullman Medical Center (Cullman). 702 F.Supp. 852 (N.D.Ala.1988). The district court held that the Title VII action brought by Dr. S.B. Pardazi, appellant, was barred by the ninety-day statute of limitations on such actions, see 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(1) (1982).
