Jimmie L. Morrison brought this habeas petition to challenge his conviction for child molestation. In an earlier unpublished order, we held that Morrison had exhausted all of his state remedies by procedurally defaulting and remanded for a determination of whether cause and prejudice existed to excuse Morrison's procedural defaults.
