Two statutes revive lapsed ADEA claims: the Age Discrimination Claims Assistance Act of 1988, Pub.L. 100-283, 102 Stat. 78, 29 U.S.C. § 626 note, and the Age Discrimination Claims Assistance Act of 1990, Pub.L. 101-504 (1990), which the President signed after the oral argument of these cases.
