WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Robert Johnson and Miguel Ramirez appeal their convictions and sentences for drug related offenses. The government cross-appeals Johnson's sentence. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Ramirez met Fernando Casas-Torres in Colombia, South America, in 1986. Ramirez invited Casas-Torres to make money selling cocaine. He offered to supply Casas-Torres with any amount of drugs he wanted. The two soon began an operation in which Ramirez supplied...
