Ashley & Co., Inc. and Willow Associates (jointly, "Ashley"), have appealed from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island on February 6, 1990, granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Wells Fargo Alarm Services, a Division of Baker Protective Services, Inc. ("Wells Fargo").
