A Jewish couple, whose suit charges discrimination in housing in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1982 (Reconstruction-era statutes forbidding racial discrimination) and 3604 (the Fair Housing Act), appeals from a judgment for the defendants — a Catholic parish, its priest, and others — entered upon a jury verdict.
