Findings of Fact

On July 29, 1989, the claimant was shot in the back by Anthony Hoskins and Thomas Johnson III, in Lucas County, Ohio. The gunshot wound caused the premature birth of the victim and her subsequent death three days later on August 3, 1989. The applicant, Laneva Williams, is the decedent's mother and is filing the reparations application on her own behalf.
