DALY, J.

The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion1 in ordering a strict foreclosure rather than a foreclosure by sale of certain property owned by the named defendant, Sidney Burger, trustee. We conclude that the trial court abused its discretion and reverse the judgment of the trial court.
