Bortone (the "Buyers"), pursuant to an agreement for the purchase and sale of real estate owned by Charles LeConti and defendant Emma LeConti (the "Seller"). The real estate consisted of five parcels of land with the buildings thereon, including a commercial auto repair facility known as the Summer Street Garage, in Watertown, Massachusetts...
