HUNT, Justice.
Appellant, a legatee to the estate of Edith S. Haggerty, appeals from two orders, one granting a motion to invalidate a successor's agreement between himself and his brother, and, another denying a motion to offset his brother's inheritance by an indebtedness of his brother to the estate.
