The issue in this case is whether the superior court properly awarded attorney's fees under Appellate Rule 508(e) and (g) to Charles and Helen Tulin who were named individually as employer-appellees in Donald Childs' appeal from an adverse decision of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board ("Board").
