The Court has had under advisement the defendant United Artists/MGM's motion for summary judgment on all remaining claims, the distributor defendants' collective motion for partial summary judgment on the circuit-dealing and bid-rigging claims, and the defendant AMC's motion for summary judgment on certain distributor defendants' participation in the split.
