This case arose under an action initiated by Texas American Bank/Levelland (the Bank), respondent-appellee, to foreclose a mortgage it held on real property owned by Mary Morgan (Morgan), petitioner-appellant. During this action a mortgage First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Clovis (First Federal) held on the north 75.35 feet of the property (the front parcel) was also foreclosed...
