This is an appeal from jury convictions for one count of promoting a dangerous drug in the first degree (Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 712-1241(1)(b)(ii)(A)) and three counts of promoting a dangerous drug in second degree (HRS § 712-1242(1)(c)).
