WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

W. Dale Snover and his wife, Mary A. Snover, appeal from the district court's1 sentences imposed upon them following their plea of guilty on a charge of concealment of assets in bankruptcy. We affirm.

The Snovers were jointly indicted on three counts of bankruptcy fraud. They pleaded guilty to Count I of the indictment in exchange for dismissal of the other counts.
